Tell us within 14 days of delivery and you get your money back. No forms, no argument, no store credit.
How a refund works
Reply to your delivery email, or write to us, within 14 days of receiving your reading. Say you'd like a refund. That is the whole process.
The refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Wrong birth details
Your details are shown to you for confirmation before your chart is computed. If a mistake slips through anyway, we re-run your reading once, free. A wrong chart is worthless to both of us.
Subscriptions
Cancel any time in one click. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and you keep every reading already delivered. A reminder arrives before each renewal, not after.
