Your birth data is yours

What we collect

• Your name, email, birth date, birth time (if known), and birth place. These compute your chart and deliver your reading.
• The note you write at checkout, read only to write your reading.
• Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number.

What we do with it

• Compute your chart, compose your reading, and deliver it to your email.
• If you subscribe, your stored chart is reused for your monthly reading, so you never re-enter your details.
• Your chart and readings are treated as a confidential client record. Never sold, never shared, never used to train anything outside your own readings.

Deletion

Ask, and your birth data and readings are deleted fully, not archived. Email us from your purchase address and it's done.

Residents of Quebec (Law 25) and the EU (GDPR) have this as a legal right. We extend it to everyone.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Your birth data and readings are kept while your account is active, so your subscription and future readings work, and deleted on request.
